Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- The Insurance Agency Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of a network of insurance agencies that sell insurance products on behalf of the company. The role requires developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, building strong relationships with agency partners, providing training and support to agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency channel and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to effectively market and sell insurance products.
- Recruit new agency partners and provide them with onboarding and training to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials for the agency channel.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the agency channel.
- Monitor agency partner performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that may impact the agency channel.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
