Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a strategic and experienced agency manager to oversee our agency channel. In this role, you will manage relationships with agency partners, drive sales performance, and contribute to the growth of our life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor agency partners.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with agencies.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to ensure success.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
