Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of advisors while recruiting new agents.
- Drive and develop a robust variable agency model in the assigned region.
- Achieve renewal targets for the channel.
- Candidates with a background in life insurance are preferred.
- Proven experience in building and scaling a successful sales team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Local candidates are essential.
