Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
JOB ROLE:
- To achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability.
- Should focus on overall portfolio growth, client activity ratio and quality of information delivered.
- Propose investment options based on customer needs by assessing their risk appetite.
- Support the client decision making with use of technology enabled tools.
- Develop Knowledge of market news, financial trends and current affairs.
- Analyse customer portfolio & give appropriate advice.
- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
- Assist in increasing depth in existing relationships.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Specific focus on dealer skill development for handling a higher count of clients per dealer by providing access to technology based tools to engage with clients and doing stock analysis.
- Self-trading clients which will be served by this desk constitute ~ 30% of Revenue of KS
- Incentive earning capacity benchmarked against other corresponding dealer roles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate / Post graduate with 1 year to 5years of experience in Advisory/Sales.
- Proficiency in capital market products, accounting, financial statements.
- Familiarity with financial risk management strategies.
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
