Agency Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
- Drive sales through Recruiting, screening and training new agents.
- Analyse performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establish strong relationships with sales team of agents.
- Obey agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring sales team do the same.
- Research current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Required :
- 1-2 years of agency experience in Insurance Industry
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
