Job Responsibilities/Key Account abilities :
- Handling a team of health Agency
- Managing the recruitment of Agents and Wellness Officers
- Sales & Business Development of health insurance products
- Should be balance between Sales & Claims
- Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
- Achievement of overall sales targets.
- Execute sales promotional activities.
Desired Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours)
- Good depth of knowledge about Insurance sector (preferably on Insurance Agency).
- Strong background of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Strong on communication with effective presentation skills.
- Effectiveness in training to induct the team.
