Agency Manager - Sales/Business Development - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- The Life Insurance Agent is responsible for selling life insurance policies to clients through the agency channel. The agent will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing life insurance policies, as well as building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- We are seeking a driven Agency Manager to lead agency performance.
- The agency manager's responsibilities include identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
