Agency Manager - Sales/Business Development - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- To be successful as an agency manager, you should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. A first-class agency manager should be able to inspire and motivate their team while maintaining a good image of the agency's brand.
Responsibilities :
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Ensure that district sales staffs adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other field sales Agents
- Train them for sales target
- Requite agents and motivate them for achieve goal
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
