Agency Manager Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
An Agency manager is in charge of supervising and managing a group of agents, making sure they fulfill sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of agents.
- Set and track the agency's sales goals.
- Assure top-notch client service and resolve issues.
- Oversee advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Verify adherence to company policies and laws.
- Agent performance is tracked, coaching is given, and feedback is given.
- Send senior management performance reports on a regular basis.
- Create plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Qualification and Experience:
- Completion of graduation is required.
- 2+ years of marketing and sales experience in any industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet sales goals.
- Leadership ability to motivate a group of people to achieve company objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with agents and clients.
