Agency Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Suitable Agency Managers should be able to train and motivate their teams while still representing the agency's brand well.
Role and responsibilities :
- Coordinate with local agents or partners to ensure the seamless operation of the firm.
- Must instruct and assist local partners in conducting business.
- To provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support and services to clients.
- Ensure that the business grows consistently, in addition to meeting the target.
- To increase adoption of the service-to-sales approach.
