Agency Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Job Description of Agency Manager given below:
a. To develop Agency network (both fresh and from competition) in his/her area of operation.
b. To train/mentor Advisors about product and process.
c. To handle and resolve channel partner queries in time
d. Meet Customers with Channel partners for fresh sales and servicing issues.
e. Conduct team meetings and give regular inputs to increase productivity of his/her team.
