Agency Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- An agency manager is a professional who supervises employees and helps run operations for a specific agency.
Responsibility :
- Overseeing agents to ensure they complete their responsibilities and serve customers effectively
- Setting regular goals for the agency to encourage progress
- Maintaining client relationships through regular communication
- Hiring and training new agents
- Ensuring that all agents adhere to company and federal guidelines, especially in the insurance industry
- Keeping track of team progress to offer advice about how to improve operations
- Creating new processes that cater to market trends
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
