Agency Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- Takes on the job of generating leads and prospecting new business from the bank partner's make segment in order to close Protection and annuity business.
Responsibilities :
- Creating strong relationships with the channel partners' sales teams (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
- Completing your sales targets based on your channel strategy
- Meeting with prospective consumers to market insurance solutions with the channel sales team
- Pre and post-sales support (for example, claim settlement)
- Ensure company quality and consistency (premium renewals)
- Allowing channel sales teams to exploit cutting-edge digital platforms
Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduated
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Banking or Insurance.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
