Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., located in Noida. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to meet sales targets.
- Day-to-day tasks include mentoring agents, conducting sales meetings, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- The role will require market analysis to identify potential customer bases and planning strategies to attract new clients.

- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
