Agency Manager - Sales - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- The Agency Manager for the Insurance Banca Channel will be responsible for managing and growing the company's corporate agency business through the Banca channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, channel management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the corporate agency business through the Insurance Banca channel
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, brokers, and other financial institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, train, and develop corporate agents to achieve business objectives
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, Banking, Finance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
