Agency Manager - Corporate Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)
Summary :
We are looking for those candidate who can generate leads and who can attract the customers on field and foremost important is communicating with managers and clients to maintain healthy relationship. Candidate have to set monthly target and check daily record sales revenue. Clear the doubt of customers and upgradation their policy to new market policy.
Roles and Duties :
- Building a strong relationship with the Banking Partner and clients .
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy.
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
- Providing pre and post-sales support to clients id any problem occurs in their policy .
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency.
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital sales application.
Skills Required ;
1. Communication skills.
2. Negotiation skills.
3. Problem solving skills.
Pay Roll: On Roll.
Experience: Mini. 1-2 Year experience required in Banking or in Sales/Marketing.
CTC: 2.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation is Compulsory.
