- Recruit Advisors (Agents) and generate business through them
- Sell policies directly (yourself) and indirectly (through advisors)
- Counseling and motivating the advisors
- Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
- Involves field sales
- generate leads
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
- Adhere to a proper business work ethic
Candidate Profile :
- Min. Graduation+1yr of Sales / Marketing Experience
- Min 3yrs of Stay in current location
- Well networked in the local area and proven track records.
- Good Communication skill with pleasant personality.
