Agency Development Specialist - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
An Agency Development Specialist is responsible for expanding and enhancing an organization's distribution network by recruiting, training, and supporting agents.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential agents, guiding them through the onboarding process to integrate them into the company's distribution network.
- Provide comprehensive training on products, sales techniques, and company policies to ensure agents are well-prepared to represent the brand effectively.
- Set sales targets and monitor agents' performance, offering support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents, addressing their concerns and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
