Our company is seeking a proactive Agency Development and Recruitment Sales Executive to drive agency growth and recruit top talent to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong agency relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents.
- Execute strategic growth and recruitment plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities.
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
Age :- 21 - 38 years
