Agency Development Officer - Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
The Agency Development Officer plays a crucial role in driving the sales of insurance products through a network of agents. This position is responsible for agent recruitment, training, performance management, and supporting agents to meet business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit high-quality advisor to expand the agency network.
- Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment to enhance agent loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with advisor to target untapped regions and customer segments, expanding the agency network and increasing market penetration.
- Ensure that all advisor comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and ethical selling practices.
- Ensure that advisor deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process.
Criteria :
- Any graduate
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Local preferable
Skills :
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing advisor.
