- To generate business with life insurance through your own team of financial advisors in the agency channel, you need train, motivate, and support them.
Responsibilities :
- Initial Introduction a team of agents using a number of hiring procedures.
- Ensure product understanding through training techniques for life insurance
- When planning and evaluating activities and goals, work closely with agents.
- Implementing Effective monthly, annual, and quarterly business plans.
Candidates Requirements :
- Sales promotion activities
- Experience : 2-4 years in Sales
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Experience : 1 +year experience needed in any BFSI sales.
- Age : 24 to 45years.
