Agency Development Manager - Sales - Life insurance (1-10 yrs)
Responsible for:
- Agent Recruitment
- Agent Development
- Meet Business targets
- Customer Centricity
- Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
- Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
- Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
- Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
- Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform
- Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
- Track customer proposals through to conversion
Requirements :
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- For AADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped ( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- Must be localite
- Age between 25 years to 40 years
- Must have two wheeler
