Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Primary relationship manager and account manager for agency advisors
- Implement onboarding plans for new advisors to ensure they learn, adapt, and are successful at the onset
- Drive adoption and optimize value proposition for agency partners
- Lead negotiations and management of renewals and upgrades
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on a commission basis and generating the business.
- Monitoring & following the process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
