- Identify and recruit potential insurance agents through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and onboard successful applicants.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Min. 2 Years Exp in Field

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities

- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets

- Familiarity with recruiting and training processes

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
