Job Summary:- A Agency Development Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
Duty:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to increase insurance penetration.
- Train and support bank employees on insurance products and sales strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Age:- 21 to 38 years
Modification:- Minimum Graduation is required
Experience:- Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
