Job Description :
The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within our direct sales channel, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while driving business growth.
\Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor sales performance by recruiting sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the agency channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market research and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners to foster loyalty and growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Candidate Requirement :
- 2+ year experience any sales field
Education: Graduates
Age: Between 22 to 38 years
- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
