Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Within the agency channel, the Direct Sales Manager is in charge of inspiring and managing a sales team to meet revenue goals. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with agency partners, assessing sales success, and making sure that corporate standards and procedures are followed are all part of this function.
Responsibilities :
- Find, select, onboard, educate, and cultivate a top-notch sales force.
- Create and implement sales strategy to meet and surpass revenue targets.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with agency partners.
Analyze sales performance on a regular basis to spot trends and opportunities.
- Offer mentorship and coaching to members of the sales team.
- Make sure that all corporate rules, processes, and legal requirements are followed.
