Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Job Description :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and providing needs based training.
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify different strategies Both straggling and Successive.
- Responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
