Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding a network of insurance agents in a designated geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to achieve sales objectives.
- Inspire and motivate agents to reach their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support for agents.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements in India.
