We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our growing team and play a crucial role in expanding our distribution network.

- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including brokers, agents
- Keeping up with numerous beneficial marketing investments and techniques.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide helpful feedback to help agents improve.

- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and procedures.

Candidate Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Age: 22 to 38
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
You need to have a driver's license and a bike
