Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with agencies or partners to enhance business growth and achieve sales targets.
Agency Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify potential agency partners and evaluate their suitability based on the company's objectives and target market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing agency partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related discussions and activities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis with partner agencies, providing guidance and support to drive mutual success.
- Provide training and product knowledge to agency partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the company's offerings and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with partner agencies.
Agency Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Min. 1.5 years' experience in field/sales/marketing.
- CTC: 4.50 LPA + Incentives + benefits
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to drive business decisions.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
