Our Client is the largest sales channel which includes selling life insurance through Our Client's partners. With its vision to be the highest-performing channel in the industry, the team has a presence in 400+ locations in the country
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.
- You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
- You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post-sales such as claim settlement.
- We believe in technology-driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.
- As a business professional, you will uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant with regulatory and statutory regulations
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Integrity and passion to perform are the two most important traits that will define your success in this role.
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a Sales or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
