Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles :
- Create an agency force that is health-focused.
- Reach Budgeted Sales Goals (Health Products only)
- Create a list of probable candidates who can be classified as POSPs or IRDA agents.
- Advisers that provide support.
- Will be accountable for advisor training.
- Adviser ownership and maintenance.
- Drive Advisor advancement and activation.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
