Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
- Building the Agency through recruitment and development of FCs, Agency Managers and Advisers.
Key Account abilities (A collection of duties and / or responsibilities assigned) :
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business / Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisory and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisers by up selling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location / vicinity for more than 2 years
- Educational Qualification Any graduation
- Team Management Skills
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.
