Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for Agency Development Manager to approach potential customer and inform them of our product and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
- Motivate sales team to achieve great results
- Establish relationships with new customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
. Educate customers about Life Insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and terms and conditions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any Stream.
- 2+ year of experience in sales of any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven Track records of achieving sales target
- Age: 23-39 years
