Job Description :
1. Achieve their goals
2. Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
3. Recruitment and development of grade advisors
4. Showing them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
5. Accountable for income generation and achievement of business marks.
6. Doing an analysis of the need of the customer and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction leads to customer delight.
7. Profitability of the team
Candidate Profile:
Qualification : Graduation is mandatory
Experience : Min 2 years of knowledge in sales & marketing
Function Expertise : sales in any readiness to work in the insurance sector
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
