Role: Agency Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and mentor a team of insurance advisors
- Develop winning sales strategies to drive business success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and maximize policy sales
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
Experience: 2-4 years in field sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.)
Age: Upto 38 years
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities
Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler for on-field activities
