In addition to nurturing connections with potential clients, you will supervise the creation and implementation of initiatives aimed at generating and confirming new leads. You must lead, inspire, and guide a group of SDRs in this position to make sure they reach and surpass goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on the team's performance, keeping precise records of sales activity, and improving sales outreach.
Involvement:-
- Using a variety of tools and platforms, conduct research on potential customers and target them. To spark interest, contact them via phone, email, or social media.
- Through consistent communication, cultivate and preserve connections with leads, keeping them interested until they are prepared to join the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and sales managers to create customized outreach programs and enhance lead generating initiatives.
- Reach or surpass the established monthly and quarterly goals for meetings, outreach volume, and lead generation.
