Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
The person in charge of overseeing the team of professionals working on the business's marketing and sales campaigns is the agency development manager. They create strategy, post sales plans, maintain customer contacts, and monitor market changes.
Responsibilities
- Finding advisors and partners for the agency
- Holding daily, weekly, and monthly agency partner meetings and reporting on the company's status and competitiveness; setting sales targets and motivating the sales team;
- Assisting managers in developing sales strategies; and ensuring that the business manager
- Meets the sales target are all duties of the sales manager.
- This includes hiring, evaluating, and training new agents.
Requirements
- A business bachelor's degree or a similar degree.
- A local who is familiar with the local market.
- Two years or more of sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
