Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We're looking for an Agency Development Manager to help us build and grow relationships with our agency partners. You'll be responsible for finding new agencies, supporting existing ones, and ensuring they succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit new agencies.
- Guide them through the onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Address their needs and solve issues.
- Prepare reports on agency performance.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and results.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-4 years of sales experience.
