Position: Business Development Manager
CTC : UPTO 2.60 + Incentive + Bonus
- Graduation is compulsory
Roles and Duties :
1. The candidate has to create his whole team and train them as sales & Marketing agents.
2. The candidate has to develop sales strategies to boost the organization's sales.
3. The candidate has to maintain a good relationship with the manager and clients and his crew members.
4. Set monthly targets and take daily updates from crew members regarding sales.
5. Give sales presentation to manager.
