Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Role: Agency Development Manager
Objective: Lead and grow a sales team, identify new business opportunities, and help expand the company. A business development manager (BDM) is a key player in a company who identifies new business opportunities and develops strategies to grow the business
Key Responsibilities :
- Set goals and create plans for business and revenue growth.
- Research and implement strategies to target new markets.
- Identify potential clients in those markets.
- Follow up on leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Set team goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Age between 21 and 38 years.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
