Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI & FMCG (2-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Agency Development Manager (ADM) to expand our agency network, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing sales team. If you have a passion for sales, experience in BFSI or FMCG, and expertise in team handling, this is your chance to excel in a leadership role and make a significant impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing agency partners.
- Drive business growth by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing potential advisors.
- Set performance benchmarks and monitor team productivity to ensure consistent results.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and distribution channels.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer behavior and competitor strategies.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and sales motivation programs to enhance team skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning.
- Lead from the front, conducting field visits and client meetings to boost conversions.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI & FMCG (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in team handling with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture strong agency partnerships.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, distribution channels, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and market trend analysis.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- A highly motivated individual with a proactive approach and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
