We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing insurance agents/agencies to drive business growth and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard new agencies.

- Foster strong relationships with existing agencies to maximize performance and business outcomes.

- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to agency partners.

- Monitor sales performance and ensure agencies meet set targets and goals.
