Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
In the role of Agency Development Manager, you will play a key part in identifying appropriate coverage options, educating clients about our offerings, and nurturing enduring relationships to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate plans to ensure adequate coverage.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach in the open market.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Skills and Qualities:
- Comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Skilled in identifying and connecting with potential clients.
- Experience in recruiting agents.
- Proficient in insurance sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
- A degree is required.
