Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Agency Development Manager to drive agency channel sales and expand the advisor network in the Hospet region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors while ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and a strategic approach to sales management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit high-potential agents/advisors to build a strong sales network.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.

- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and motivation to agency partners for improved productivity.

- Monitor advisor performance and take corrective measures to ensure target achievement.

- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

- Work closely with regional and corporate teams to align business goals.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales processes.

- Use market insights and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, insurance, or related sectors.

- Strong ability to recruit, train, and manage sales agents effectively.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and market research.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
