Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Davangere. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors to drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents/advisors to form a strong sales force.
- Motivate agents to meet both individual and team sales objectives.
- Provide continual training, coaching, and support to help agents improve their performance.
- Create and implement sales tactics to boost revenue growth.
- Hold frequent meetings, performance assessments, and goal-setting sessions for agents.
- Ensure that agents conform to corporate standards and industry requirements.
- Identify new business possibilities and market trends to increase sales.
- Develop and maintain good connections with customers and business partners.
- Travel to Davangere and adjacent locations to meet with agents and clients.
- Keep precise records of sales performance, lead creation, and customer data.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI (insurance, banking, or financial services).
- Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in recruiting and managing agents/advisors.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Davangere.
- Experience in life insurance, general insurance, or mutual funds sales.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
