Agency Development Manager role involves recruiting, training, and managing agents, ensuring they meet sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and adhere to compliance regulations. The Agency Channel Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by leveraging the agency network effectively.
Key Roles :
- Identify and recruit new agents to build and expand the agency network.
- Drive the overall sales performance and growth of the agency channel by setting and achieving targets.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate agents on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in onboarding new agents and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of individual agents and agencies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure agents meet performance expectations and maintain high sales standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, acting as the primary point of contact for any support or inquiries.
Skills :

Criteria :
- 1+ year sales experience
- Graduate
