Key Responsibilities :
- Attract new agents and guide their onboarding.
- Lead training programs to enhance agent skills.
- Track and improve agent productivity.
- Drive branch profitability and expand market reach by consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture a robust team of FLMs to establish a high-performing sales network.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance at all levels.
- Boost customer footfall through targeted local marketing initiatives.
- Craft and execute effective sales and marketing strategies while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in any field sales.
- Prior sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Candidate must be local
