As an Agency Development Manager, you will recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors. Your primary goal will be to build and grow your agency's network by supporting advisors to achieve their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance advisors.
- Develop and implement strategies to help advisors achieve their sales goals.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance business retention.
Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or agency development.
- Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive performance.
